Victoria Group among the First Ten Companies in Serbia
In the new annual publication Top 500 published by NIN magazine, Victoria Group is among the first ten best ranked companies in Serbia, according to its business results achieved in the 2012, occupying a leading position in the agricultural sector and third place in the food industry in Serbia.
Namely, Victoria group and its member companies occupy leading positions in numerous financial and business categories; thus, according to the "business revenues" criterion, the whole group comes third place among the most successful conglomerates in Serbia, fifth place among the top ten companies in Belgrade and as high as ninth place in the territory of Serbia, together with Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS), Telekom Serbia, Delhaize Serbia, Srbijagas and Tarkett, Mercator-S, Delta Holding and Concern Farmakom MB. Victoria Group also occupies seventh place in the EBITDA ranking and 15th place for net profit made in 2012.
Member companies also achieved significant results last year. Victoria Logistic is a convincing leader in the agriculture sector with respect to total operating revenues, and it is also a leader in the ranking list of companies most successful in the field of wholesale and brokerage. In the food industry, Victoriaoil was ranked sixth in the list of all food companies in Serbia, which is a jump of three positions relative to its position in 2011. Among the Top 500 exporters in Serbia, according to the value of goods, there are three member companies of Victoria Group – Victoriaoil, in 13th place, Sojaprotein, in 21st place, and Victoria Logistic, coming 26th in the ranking list.
The financial indicators were collected and analyzed by Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank and Certus Consulting, and the publication was published in the weekly magazine NIN weekly, and its promotion was attended by Minister of Economy of Saša Radulović and President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce Željko Sertić.
